GCCI has vast knowledge and experience on NCR, IBM, IER and Kinetics self-service devices as well as other airline/self-service specific equipment such as card readers, bar code scanners, touch screen displays, bagtag printers, ticket printers, passport readers, battery operated and wireless devices.

GCCI’s goal is to be partners with our customers and make them successful by designing programs that fit their needs. GCCI is willing to design a program to fit our customers needs, this can range from: provide on-site preventative maintenance, setting up a training program for our customers technicians, consult with our customers to help them select the best vendor for their needs or simply provide depot repair with customer support.
